Taking social responsibility: ISO 14001:2015 certification means that the team focuses on sustainable measures. This applies to both the vehicle fleet and the implementation of environmentally conscious habits at the head office. Among other things, hallermobil generates sustainable electricity through the photovoltaic system on the company roof. The energy generated can be used for the company building and the e-vehicles. This closes the circle: the self-generated electricity is used to charge hallermobil’s e-Golfs in an environmentally friendly way. The company also pays attention to regional supply chains with its partners. This avoids long transportation routes that pollute the environment. hallermobil adheres to strict criteria when selecting suppliers. These are defined as part of the audit by Quality Austria.

ISO certification from Quality Austria stands for the assurance and improvement of quality criteria and is a globally recognized standard. With this certification, we ensure that we meet customer needs in the best possible way and thus continuously improve: hallermobil remains committed to maintaining the quality of its services and thus customer satisfaction. A quality management system has been implemented and certified in accordance with the international ISO 9001:2015 certification standard. The accredited body Quality Austria confirms with the certificate that all requirements for a quality management system are met. These requirements are checked annually by an external audit by Quality Austria.

hallermobil also meets the high standards of Quality Austria in terms of feedback management. This was developed intensively some time ago. Certification according to ISO 10002:2018 means that the process is carried out according to defined standards. hallermobil is therefore successfully certified according to the requirements for complaint processing.
