1. data processing:

a) We have a legitimate interest in maintaining the functionality of the hallermobil.at website and in preventing targeted attacks in the form of server overloads and other system damage. For this reason, we store the IP addresses of our website visitors for a period of 30 days.

b) We process personal data (= name, address, e-mail address, telephone number and fax number) of our customers for the contractual processing of inquiries and orders . This data is stored by us until the expiry of the retention obligations under tax and company law (7 years).

In the absence of consent for other processing purposes, we process the data of the participating natural persons exclusively for the fulfillment of the contract, so that the data collected by us will be deleted after completion of the respective competition or event, provided that there are no legal storage obligations in individual cases.

d) If you have given your consent for us to process (= store and use) the personal data defined in more detail in the declaration of consent for the purpose of contacting you by letter, telephone, SMS/messenger or e-mail for information about our current offers, events and competitions, this consent is always independent of any conclusion of a contract and can be revoked at any time vis-à-vis hallermobil GmbH. Upon receipt of the revocation, your data will be deleted in connection with the data processing described above.
